Product quality is excellent, as well the supplier service. However, the delivery was an awful situation. I paid for a door to door service delivery and I had a door to ground service delivery. Living on the 5th floor, on a building with elevator, the delivery guy refused to leave my order at my door. I had to do it by myself, carrying two XL twin motorized and extremely heavy beds, all by myself. On top of that, when the delivery guy called me to confirm the address (5th floor), he refused to do the proper job and I said that he “had” to do what he was supposed to. His answer was “I don’t have to do anything”.
